Buying

After I read an article on the surging Saint John investiment property market, I began to investigate it for myself. As I am based in Toronto I knew the only way I would consider investing in Saint John is if I could find an agent I could trust implicitly. One of my colleagues referred me to Jeff Kitchen. I contracted him and explained what type of property I was looking for. Over the next couple of months I called him inquiring about 20 to 30 different buildings. He was consistently accessible, extremely knowledgeable and always motivated to find a property that I would be happy with over the long term. One day he called me describing a property that he felt was exactly what I was looking for. I had developed such a confidence in his abilities and trust his judgement that I made an offer without seeing the building in person, based solely on his evaluation. I ended up purchasing the property and it has turned out to be an excellent investment. I am currently looking for another building in Saint John. My experience was so positive that at this point, Jeff Kitchen is the only agent I am interested in dealing with in this market.
