They are a result of an intensive, client-oriented, experience in collaboration with our team. Our initiative is all encompassing. From design creation, detailing, project management, land development and connecting the build with its surroundings.
On top of this, we think optimizing time and budgets all lead into effective project management. This is the approach we take to all our work.
How it works
A rundown of how the quote process works, so we can hit the ground running with your inquiry.
Process step 1
Please fill-out the web inquiry form at the bottom of this page and answer these questions:
- What is the project, a new build or a renovation?
- If it is a new build, do you currently have land and if so where is it located? If it is a renovation what is the home address?
- What is your ideal timeframe for this project to start?
- Do you have a budget in mind?
Process step 2
If project schedules align, we look forward to meeting you in our office building in Rothesay, NB. Or we come to you at your home. From there we can discuss details and take measurements for quote purposes. This meeting takes 30 – 60 minutes.
Process step 3
We generate and send you a quote package complete with specifications.
Process step 4
If awarded the project, we get rolling on the construction contract and lining-up material orders. The project is officially underway here.
Our build team
We are carpenters, craftspeople and builders who specialize in new home construction and renovations all within residential and commercial spaces. We have deep experience with heritage homes, brand new constructs and ensure all our renovations blend with the rest of the home. We prioritize our clients on-site by being respectful, personable, tidy and we really like their dogs.
