Project Woodsy Retreat

For those familiar with the area, Meenans Cove is the ultimate New Brunswick retreat – completely surrounded by the Saint John River with vast forests + plenty of outdoor locations available to the public.

This project began in January 2013 with the idea of creating a bungalow that maximized living space, while considering the footprint in order to preserve the expansive green space.

This bungalow has open cooking, dining + living space with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a walk-out finished basement. Other highlights include: composite decks with glass rails, tapered front columns, 9 foot ceilings, sunken Japanese soaker tub in the master ensuite + shaker style cabinetry.
