Jeff Kitchen
Jeff grew-up in the heart of Rothesay, New Brunswick and on top of a hill at Rothesay Netherwood School (RNS) where community connection and team building were instilled for as long as he can remember. It is here where he uncovered his passion for construction and development as the school where he grew up was expanding, so were Jeff’s interests. He graduated from RNS and went on to George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario to complete a degree in Contracting Management. George Brown College, well known for fostering job skills with people skills, had Jeff working extensively on project management, budgeting, on-site expertise and architectural studies that fueled Jeff’s vision of blending real estate with a design/build company.
Upon moving back to his hometown, Jeff decided to immediately pursue a career in real estate where his natural way of dealing with people could be put to use in sales and where he could gain the market knowledge. Years into real estate and after countless sales awards both locally and nationally, Jeff and his wife Brittany founded Vantage Build around the philosophy of creating interesting homes that are affordable with purposeful layouts. Jeff’s achievements aren’t limited to his professional life, he represented Team Atlantic in the World Under 17 Hockey Championship and currently spends his off-time at his family’s cottage on the Saint John River in Long Reach NB, weekly games at Riverside Golf + Country Club and mountain biking with his Goldendoodle, Ruby.
