Rothesay Tudor Home Renovation
The order of this blog post will go as follows: project speal first, after then before photos.
Not to get bossy pants and not to put the cart before the horse; we know the after shots are really why you’re here. This project is a perfect example of how we blend our 2 businesses: Jeff Kitchen Real Estate + Vantage Build (VB).
Rothesay Tudor Home Renovation back story:
Our client couldn’t find a home on the market that was within budget AND updated. In walks our VB team and in walks more options now that Purchase Plus Improvements are on the table. #cantfindit #createit
This tudor style home lies in the heart of Rothesay, and has an attractive look from the onset. With a large hedge lining the front yard, attached garage connected by a handsome black wrought-iron fence as the introduction to the expansive backyard, 3 well-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large media room separate from your main living area – this home was perfect for our client, her lifestyle and perhaps more importantly the 2 furry family members.
Our client had a vision and wanted to place focus on the high traffic areas of the home, so we placed a budget to reflect it and started with the demolition as soon as the client gained possession of the home.
Work, work, work = simple:
Carpets were torn-up, walls removed, old kitchen cabinetry disposed of, new drywall/crackfill, custom shaker-style kitchen cabinetry with a more fun and functional layout, paint throughout, brand spankin’ new pot lights + pendants, tiled backsplash added, tiled entryway, new bathroom vanity with fixtures.
Completed in just a month and a half, move-in ready, completely reflective of the client’s taste and netting significant home equity.
It really is that straightforward. Here is a perfect example of a Rothesay home that was purchased through our real estate team and renovated all prior to move-in.
P.S. This is not our first tudor home renovation and surely hoping it won’t be our last. #homesforall
