In the heart of Rothesay where traditional and historic homes are plentiful, lies this stealth midcentury pad. Shed roof that outlines the rooftop patio, massive west facing windows and flex space, all lay the perfect foundation for modern living. This handsome home has all the features and finishes that any modern revivalist would appreciate.

Completed in January 2014, this project is brand spanking new. A smaller in-fill lot caused us to be crafty with this build’s concept. We knew we had to build upwards, considering the narrow lot, in addition to striking a balance between indoor + outdoor living space.
