Project Reveal: City Central Brownstone Renovation
Take a peek into this recently renovated 1880 brownstone that brings classic charm and a whole lot of style to Uptown Saint John. Be in awe of the granite entry pillars, rich brick exterior and elegant woodwork that welcomes you to this hearty home.
THE APPROACH
Over the span of four months, the Vantage Build team planned and executed the interior reconfiguration of this residence. Constructing a layout that presented as open, light-filled and conducive to today’s living, hosting and enjoying. It was important to the homeowners and Vantage Build team that the renovation be blended with the rest of the space. Because of this, much of the original woodwork and ornate details including birds eye maple and walnut wainscoting were preserved to hold its heritage value. Knowing the magnetic energy our City’s core has to offer, Uptown Saint John was an idyllic location for these homeowners to make a mark and showcase their keen eye for detail in nothing other than a beautiful heritage brownstone.
